Nirav Sookhai is a junior from Miami, FL living in Kirkland House concentrating in Statistics with a citation in Spanish. After staffing HMCSF 2018 and serving as Director of Operations for HMCSF 2019, he is excited to serve as President for HMCSF 2020! Outside of Harvard Model Congress, Nirav teaches government to 5th graders through the CIVICS program and volunteers at Harvard Square Homeless Shelter. He also works as a Teaching Fellow for Statistics, a Course Assistant for Multivariable Calculus and as a Tutor. After graduation, Nirav hopes to go to law school. In his free time, Nirav loves to watch football, binge-watch Netflix, and explore new restaurants around Cambridge.
Michele Wang is a junior in Leverett House studying Applied Math/Computer Science. HMCSF 2019 will be Michele's seventh conference and third HMCSF, and she is extremely excited to be serving as Vice President to further facilitate the unique learning experience Model Congress provides to both delegates and staffers. Outside of HMC, Michele enjoys working with business strategy through an undergraduate consulting group, learning more about the intersection of CS with economics and government, and teaching and mentoring. In her free time, she loves to read, watch nature documentaries, jam out to Taylor Swift, and spend time with her friends, family, and dog.
Jack Swisher is a junior in Kirkland House jointly studying Computer Science and Statistics. As a native of the Bay Area, HMC San Francisco is particularly special to him. He hopes to return to the area after college and continue to enjoy the Bay's diversity and warm weather. At Harvard, Jack plays club soccer and works as a consultant for the Philadelphia Eagles as a data analyst. In his spare time, Jack loves playing pickup basketball, reading, and exploring the city of Boston.

Hi guys, my name is Jack Steinberg and I couldn't be more excited for the conference! I'm a junior in Pforzheimer House studying government with a minor in Islamic Studies. I am extremely interested in foreign affairs, the Middle East, and counter-terrorism policy. Outside of HMC, I do research at the Kennedy School, I am involved in Tamid, a consulting group, and I am part of a tour guide group!

Deanna Gutierrez is a Senior in Adams House from Los Alamos, New Mexico, pursuing studies in Government with a secondary in Economics. Deanna has staffed HMC Congressional committees since her freshman year at the college and is ecstatic to be serving as the Director of Congressional Programs. At Harvard, she also teaches fifth grade students about civics and government as a part of the Institute of Politics' CIVICS program, volunteers as a citizenship tutor, and is a member of the Harvard-Radcliffe Modern Dance Company. In her free time, you can find Deanna eating New Mexican cuisine and spending time with her two brothers. Following college, Deanna aspires to attend law school and pursue a career in public service.
Fernando Young is a junior in Kirkland House from Nantucket MA, pursuing a concentration in Sociology. He has been involved in Model Congress both as a delegate and staffer, and is extremely excited to return to San Francisco, serving as HMCSF’s Director of Communications! Outside of Harvard Model Congress, Fernando enjoys being a part of the startup scene with his involvement in the Harvard Innovation Labs, learning about entrepreneurship from his dad and mentors, and sailing. In his free time, he loves to watch movies, explore the city of Boston, jam out to Daft Punk, spend time with friends, and surprise his family with weekend visits!

Trisha Prabhu is a sophomore in Cabot House from Naperville, Illinois. She will likely be pursuing a concentration in Government, with a focus on tech science, and a secondary in Economics. She is passionate about Harvard Model Congress's educational mission, and has staffed HMC both in San Francisco and in Boston. She absolutely cannot wait for HMCSF 2020! Outside of Harvard Model Congress, Trisha is involved in South Asian Americans in Public Service and the Harvard Innovation Labs. In her free time, she likes to go for long runs, watch Jane The Virgin, and spend time her with close friends and family.
