Dear Esteemed Faculty and Delegates:
Welcome to Harvard Model Congress San Francisco 2026!
This year marks the 26th iteration of HMCSF, and we are thrilled to continue providing an unforgettable conference experience for all of you.
We’re proud to have expanded to 12 committees this year, including new programming in the International Criminal Court and House Energy & Commerce, as well as enhanced offerings like our Merch Design Contest and committee office hours. We’ve also grown our outreach to schools we haven’t previously reached, and we’re excited to welcome even more delegates into the HMCSFamily.
Our 2026 conference theme, Gearing Towards Greatness, reflects our commitment to looking toward the future and empowering you all to create meaningful change together. Each of us has the potential for greatness, and we hope that Harvard Model Congress will support and inspire you on that journey.
On behalf of the HMCSF 2026 Board, we are so excited to welcome you to the Hyatt Regency Downtown San Francisco. If you see me throughout the weekend, please don’t hesitate to say hello. It is an honor to serve as president of such an incredible organization, and one of my greatest joys is getting to know each of you.

Hiral is a junior at Harvard College studying Neuroscience with a secondary in English. Within Harvard Model Congress, Hiral served as the Vice President of HMCSF last year and the Director of Operations and Technology for HMC Europe 2025. Hiral is so excited for HMCSF 2026!
